Senior Helpers

We have worked with Senior Helpers since January of 2023. We are very pleased with the service. The most important part of this is our care giver Joselyn Lima. She is a very hard worker. She always arrives on time and performs assigned duties to completion. Plus, Joselyn is very friendly and has developed a strong relationship with my wife (to whom she provides care). We couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided.

This company came under new staff in the office the year 2023 and if I can give 0 stars I would. I can irked for this company for 3 years and the first 2 we’re amazing. This year I have had my schedule played with and checks late. Also all the staff in the office extremely rude. Beware of trusting them with caring for your family as well as they tend to hire anyone these days. The office smells like mold and cigarette smoke. 0/10 would not recommend. Feel free to reach out for better recommendations.

From our first interview years ago throughout all the years of working with Senior Helpers, they were an essential part of my elderly Dad’s care plan. The home care professionals were all good quality people who genuinely cared for my Dad. The administrative team was very accommodating and always made sure we were staffed when we needed to be. Right from the beginning with the phone conversations and the in person meeting to fill out all the impertinent information. Kelly was so helpful to explain and answered all my questions. I really appreciated her patience in explaining in detail so that I was left with a full understanding of how everything would proceed and move forward. Kelly was on time and very respectful of my home. When she left I was totally comfortable knowing I would be taken care of.

Reliable. We've had a few caregivers that don't do a great job, but they are there and keep her safe. Other caregivers are true gems and go beyond to engage her in talking about her life and helping her remember it. I can have peace of mind when I'm not there.
